Thursday December 10th at 5:30 pm.
Featuring: Sean Beck, Houston Sommelier, & Friends
Sean Beck, the Sommelier for Backstreet Café, Hugo's, Caracol, and Xochi, has put together a Tequila and Tapas tasting kit for HIPLA.
Kits will be available for pick up at Backstreet Café on the evening of Wednesday the 9th or Thursday the 10th before 5 pm.

1st Course
Tequila Margarita Demonstration with Ceviche (Salmon & Striped Bass, Watercress, Avocado, Passionfruit, Fresh Herbs, House Made Tortilla Chips)
Tasting of 3 Tequilas lead by Sean and Guests
2nd Course
Wood Aged Tequila Cocktail with Wood-Grilled Skirt Steak, Chipotle Compound Butter, Creamy Cheese Grits, Quelites
