Reservation Policy:
Registration (for individuals and groups) must be done on-line and payment must be made by credit card through the secure HIPLA website. All members and their guests are encouraged to register early so that an accurate count of attendees is available. Registrations may be limited to space available at the chosen venue. Phone and facsimile reservations are not accepted. Members may invite guests, but are requested toinclude all guest names when responding with reservation information.
